1) Seller's identity and postal address

2) Orders
Once you have found the product you want, you can put it into the shopping cart by clicking the Add to cart button; this does not oblige you to purchase the item. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the Shopping cart button; this is for information only and carries no obligation. You can delete products from the cart at any time. If you wish to purchase the products in your cart, please click the Order button. You will then be asked to enter your personal data, choose a payment method, and confirm that you have read the customer information section. You can cancel the order transaction at any time, or complete it by clicking the Submit order button.

3) Contract of sale completion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-committal online catalogue. By entering your personal data and clicking the Submit order button as the final step of the order process, you are submitting a binding order for the products in your cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. The contract of sale is completed when the purchase order is confirmed or goods are delivered.

4) Storage of contract details
Contract of sale details will be saved. Order details will be sent to you via e-mail.

5) Prices
Prices quoted above are final prices and include the german value added tax(VAT). After purchasing, each customer receives an invoice. Please see the product pages for further details.

The billing for all orders is in Euro. The U.S. dollar prices are for your information only.

6) Shipping and Handling
The cost of shipping and handling depends on the amount of goods ordered and the mode of shipment. Shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed before you submit your binding order.

7) Modes of Payment

a) Payment via credit card
The invoice total plus shipping and handling is handled by Concardis. After submitting the order, the customer will receive a Payment-Link by e-mail. This may take some time because the e-mail is sent manually. Goods are shipped within two working days after the payment has been received.

b) Payment via bank transfer (Europe only)
The invoice total plus shipping and handling is transferred into our account. Customers will receive payment details via e-mail after the contract is completed. Goods are shipped within two working days after payment has been received.

Overseas purchasers must cover any additional banking charges so that the invoice total can be credited to our account without deductions.

c) Payment via PayPal
The invoice total plus shipping and handling is handled via the PayPal service. For this mode of payment, the purchaser must have a Paypal user account. After submitting the order, customers are redirected to the secure PayPal payment site, where they should log in to their user account and make the payment for goods ordered. Goods are shipped within two working days after the payment has been received.

8) Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery takes from two to 21 days, depending on destination.
